The Utah Association of EMTs will be sponsoring our Annual Utah EMS Convention in St. George, Utah on May 9TH-11TH, 2024 at the Red Lion Hotel.  We are excited to be back at a familiar and convenient venue that has been completely refurbished and updated.

The planning for this conference is well underway and your support for this educational event is vital for our continued success.  Our conference consistently has 300 attendees from all over Utah and surrounding states.

Each year, we incorporate feedback from our vendors and attendees to better our conference.  This year, we are excited to be back where lodging, vendor space, conference facilities, and food options are all on-site.  Our goal is for excellent education opportunities to combine with networking and industry product leaders that will benefit all the EMS agencies and the citizens we serve.

Vendor booth fees are as follows:

• $300 for an 8’ table (additional tables $250 each)
  Price includes: table, power, internet access, table drapes, and chairs.
• Ambulances will be parked just outside the entrance to the hotel. ($300 fee applies)

Sponsorship Opportunities

New this year!  We are offering Sponsorship levels that include benefits at the conference and promotions on our website.

• Platinum Level: $2,000 will receive one free booth at the convention, your company logo and recognition on our convention materials and banquet.  You will also be placed on our website for the year as a Platinum level sponsor.
• Gold Level: $1000 will one free booth, recognition at our banquet, and placed on our website as a Gold level sponsor.
• Silver Level: $750 will receive one free booth and recognition as a Silver level sponsor
• Bronze Level: $500
